摘要

本文总结1例采用中医护理技术干预颈椎退行性病变患者的护理体会。根据患者病情，基于中医辨证，实施中药膏摩、中药塌渍、艾灸及蜡疗等中医特色护理技术，选取针对性的穴位和经络进行治疗，同时配合生活运动、饮食、情志及功能锻炼等整体护理治疗，协助患者进一步认知自身疾病，有效改善患者颈肩疼痛，麻木等症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with cervical degenerative disease who received intervention using traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques. According to the patient's condition and based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as traditional Chinese medicine ointment massage， traditional Chinese medicine soaking， moxibustion， and wax therapy are implemented. Targeted acupoints and meridians are selected for treatment， and overall nursing treatment is carried out in conjunction with daily exercise， diet， emotional and functional exercise to help patients further understand their own diseases and effectively improve symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain and numbness.
