摘要

本文总结1例基于ERAS理念的食管癌患者的综合营养管理的护理经验。通过护理评估制定个性化护理方案，在基础护理、病情观察的基础上予患者术前营养支持，术后快速恢复胃肠功能，分析护理重点，并运用中医外治法开展辨证施护，加速患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of comprehensive nutrition management for a patient with esophageal cancer based on the ERAS concept. Develop personalized nursing plans through nursing evaluation， provide preoperative nutritional support to patients based on basic nursing and disease observation， quickly restore gastrointestinal function after surgery， analyze nursing priorities， and use traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods to carry out differentiated care and accelerate patient recovery.
