摘要

本文总结中药塌渍治疗1例糖尿病患者双下肢周围神经病变的护理经验。经过科学系统的护理评估和辨证分析，确定患者总体护理方案，以中医护理理论和中医操作为基础，运用中药塌渍缓解患者肢体麻木疼痛的症状，同时结合饮食、运动等促进患者康复。通过中药塌渍治疗糖尿病双下肢周围神经病变，能够有效减轻患者的疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse treatment and nursing practice of peripheral neuropathy of lower limbs in a diabetic patient. After scientific and systematic nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation analysis， the overall nursing plan of patient was determined. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing theory and operation of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the Chinese medicine collapse therapy was used to relieve the symptoms of numbness and pain in the patient. At the same time， the patient was given diet and exercise intervention to promote the recovery. The Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse treatment could reduce the pain caused by peripheral neuropathy and improves the quality of life of the diabetic patient.
