摘要

本文总结1例突发性耳聋患者的中西医结合护理经验。基于护理评估和中医辨证，采取中西医结合护理，包括心理护理、失眠护理、便秘护理、康复训练等，有效改善患者的听力，减轻了患者焦虑、失眠等症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a patient with sudden deafness. During the clinical nursing period， a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine care should be adopted for patients with sudden deafness， including psychological care， insomnia care， constipation care， rehabilitation training， etc. Through treatment and nursing intervention， the patient's hearing was improved， symptoms such as anxiety and insomnia were alleviated， and their quality of life was improved. The patient was discharged smoothly. I hope that the explanation of this case can be helpful for the rehabilitation of patients with such diseases.
