摘要

本文总结1例肝硬化失代偿期伴下肢丹毒患者行中药湿敷治疗的护理经验。通过中医辨证，对患者实施中医特色护理、下肢肿胀评估、疼痛评估、焦虑评估、皮肤护理及情志调护等护理措施，有效改善患者肢体肿胀疼痛症状，减轻患者的痛苦，缩短住院病程，提升患者的舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis and lower limb erysipelas treated with traditional Chinese medicine wet compress. Through traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， nursing measures such as traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing， lower limb swelling assessment， pain assessment， anxiety assessment， skin care， and emotional regulation are implemented for patients， effectively improving their symptoms of limb swelling and pain， reducing their pain， shortening their hospitalization period， and improving their comfort and quality of life.
