摘要

本文总结揿针技术在1例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者护理中的应用。该患者为器质性精神障碍合并糖尿病下肢血管病变，通过护理评估和中医辨证，对患者实施针对性护理干预。加强情志护理，与患者建立信任关系；加强安全护理，预防患者跌倒坠床和皮肤压力性损伤；运用中医特色技术揿针促进下肢皮肤病变康复。揿针能够有效改善糖尿病下肢皮肤血管病变问题，配合综合护理措施，有助于提升治疗依从性，促进患者精神症状稳定。

Abstract

This article summarized the use of intradermal needle technique in nursing of a diabetic patient with lower extremity arterial disease. The patient was diagnosed with organic mental disorders complicated by lower extremity arterial disease. Based on the nursing assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， targeted nursing interventions were carried out， including emotional regulation， safety management and intradermal needle technique. The intradermal needle technique is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of lower extremity arterial disease， and comprehensive nursing interventions help to improve the treatment compliance and stability of mental disorders.
