摘要

本文总结1例脑出血合并肺部感染患者的中西医结合康复护理经验。患者住院期间出现肺部感染，在完善基本情况、日常生活活动能力、吞咽功能、肌力功能等护理评估的基础上，实施中西医结合护理，从语言功能、便秘、情志、睡眠、并发症等方面提升康复护理质量。中西医结合护理干预有助于确保治疗效果，促进神经功能和运动功能康复，提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing measures for a patient with cerebral hemorrhage complicated by pulmonary infection. The patient had developed the pulmonary infection during hospitalization. Based on the comprehensive nursing assessment on patient’s illness condition， activity of daily living， swallowing function and muscle function， integrative rehabilitation nursing measures including recovery of language， prevention of constipation， emotion care， improvement of sleep quality and prevention of post-stroke complications were carried out. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing is effective to ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the neurological and motor function rehabilitation after cerebral hemorrhage.
