摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷联合缩唇呼吸治疗1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的效果和护理体会。本病例总结穴位贴敷和缩唇呼吸的中西医结合干预方法，有效改善患者喘憋症状，得到患者的认可。该方法操作简单，价格便宜，效果显著且易被患者接受，在临床应用广泛。

Abstract

This article summarizes the effect and nursing experience of acupoint application combined with pursed lip breathing treatment on a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This case summarizes the integrated intervention method of acupoint application and pursed lip breathing in traditional Chinese and Western medicine， which effectively improves the patient's symptoms of wheezing and shortness of breath， and has been recognized by the patient. This method is easy to operate， inexpensive， effective， and easily accepted by patients， and is widely used in clinical practice.
