摘要

本文总结1例缺血性中风患者的中西医结合护理体会。在落实常规护理的基础上，结合缺血性中风辨证分型实施辨证施护的整体护理，包括起居护理、饮食调护、情志护理及中医护理技术，如穴位贴敷、耳部刮痧及耳穴压丸治疗等中医护理干预。通过中西医结合护理，促进患者康复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with ischemic stroke. The holistic nursing interventions based on the syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke were carried out. Integrated nursing interventions included daily life nursing， diet regulation， emotional nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， such as acupoint application， auricular scraping and auricular acupoint pressure treatment and other Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques. Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing is effective to promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of the patient.
