摘要

总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴有急性加重合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的鼻饲肠内营养护理干预措施。通过结合患者的病情，主要从气道管理、肠内营养护理、肠内营养并发症的预防及皮肤护理等方面进行护理，旨在帮助患者有效控制感染，改善病情，更进一步加强营养支持，以改善患者的营养状态，保障患者的生命安全，更好地为患者预后打下基础。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing interventions of nasogastric enteral nutrition for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease accompanied by acute exacerbation and type II respiratory failure. By combining the patient's condition， nursing mainly focuses on airway management， enteral nutrition care， prevention of enteral nutrition complications， and skin care， aiming to help patients effectively control infections， improve their condition， and further strengthen nutritional support to improve their nutritional status， ensure their life safety， and lay a better foundation for patient prognosis.
