摘要

本文总结中药涂药技术治疗1例热毒血瘀型患者因使用留置针输入刺激性药物（葡萄糖酸钙）损伤血管导致静脉炎的护理经验。基于辨证施护理论指导，从护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、护理措施（包括病情观察、起居护理、情志护理、饮食指导、中药涂药技术）等方面展开探讨。中药涂药治疗能有效缓解静脉炎患者红、肿、热、痛的症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This paper summarized nursing management of a patient with phlebitis of heat-induced blood stasis type caused by stimulating drugs （calcium gluconate） infusion via indwelling needle. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation， this paper summarized the nursing assessment， nursing diagnosis， nursing plan， nursing measures including illness condition observation， daily living nursing， diet guidance and Chinese herbal medicine external application. The Chinese herbal medicine external application is effective to relieve the phlebitis-induced symptoms of redness， swelling， heat and pain.
