Experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with gangrenous pyoderma
Gangrenous pyoderma is an inflammatory skin disease caused by sterile neutrophil infiltration, which is relatively rare in clinical practice. On November 22, 2023, a patient with gangrenous pyoderma complicated with perianal infection was admitted to our department. Due to the severity of the patient's condition, large wound size, and high nursing difficulty, the patient recovered and was discharged through syndrome differentiation nursing and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
