摘要

本文总结1例经穴推拿联合耳穴贴压技术治疗风热感冒伴“舌痛”患者的护理经验。以中医基础理论为指导，给予患者适宜的中医外治技术和个性化的中医护理健康指导，患者“舌痛症”症状明显改善。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with wind-heat cold and "tongue pain" treated by meridian acupoint massage combined with auricular acupoint sticking and pressing technology. Guided by the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine，patients were given appropriate external treatment techniques of traditional Chinese medicine and personalized health guidance of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The symptoms of "tongue pain" were significantly improved and the pain of patients was relieved.
