摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗支原体肺炎患儿的护理经验，探讨针对支原体肺炎的有效护理措施。予患儿中西医治疗的同时，遵循中医整体观念，在一般护理的基础上运用穴位贴敷、超声药物透入及穴位按摩等中医特色护理技术，取得了良好的治疗效果。本案例强调中西医结合治疗与护理在提高患者康复率、减少并发症中的重要性，以期为临床护理实践作参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a child with mycoplasma pneumonia treated with a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， and explores effective nursing measures for mycoplasma pneumonia. While treating the child with traditional Chinese and Western medicine， we followed the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and applied traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint application， ultrasound drug penetration， and acupoint massage on the basis of general nursing， achieving good therapeutic effects. This case emphasizes the importance of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing in improving patient recovery rates and reducing complications， in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
