摘要

本文总结1例达芬奇机器人治疗肾恶性肿瘤合并腔静脉瘤栓围手术期的中西医结合护理查房经验。由科主任带领，主管医生与责任护士汇报患者病情及护理过程，中医医生、西医医生、护士长及其其他护士分析讨论，医护联合共同分析患者术后重点护理内容，制定个性化护理措施。在西医护理的基础上，采用中药膏摩、耳穴贴压及中药熏洗等中医特色护理技术，有效缓解患者术后腹胀、伤口疼痛等不适症状，预防泌尿系感染，提高护士中医特色护理技术应用能力及护理质量，并促进患者术后康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds during the perioperative period of Da Vinci robot therapy for renal malignant tumors with concomitant vena cava thrombosis. Led by the department head， the supervising doctor and responsible nurse report on the patient's condition and nursing process. Traditional Chinese medicine doctors， Western medicine doctors， head nurses， and other nurses analyze and discuss， and medical staff jointly analyze the key postoperative nursing content of the patient and develop personalized nursing measures. On the basis of Western medicine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques such as traditional Chinese medicine ointment massage， ear acupoint application pressure， and TCM fumigation and washing are adopted to effectively alleviate postoperative discomfort symptoms such as abdominal distension and wound pain， prevent urinary tract infections， improve nurses' ability to apply TCM nursing techniques and nursing quality， and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
