摘要

本文总结1例慢性心功能不全急性加重合并肾功能不全患者的中西医结合护理查房经验。由责任护士和医生介绍患者病情和治疗情况，由科内查房小组成员共同分析讨论现存的疑点难点，制定出相应的护理措施。通过中西医结合护理模式达到平喘、消肿，改善患者心功能及肾功能，从而提高患者生存质量的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds in a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure combined with renal dysfunction. The responsible nurse and doctor introduce the patient's condition and treatment situation， and the members of the ward round team in the department jointly analyze and discuss the existing doubts and difficulties， and formulate corresponding nursing measures. Through the integrated nursing model of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， the goal is to alleviate asthma， reduce swelling， improve patients' heart and kidney function， and ultimately enhance their quality of life.
