摘要

本文总结1例高龄完全性肠梗阻伴肺炎重症患者的护理体会。基于护理评估和中医辨证，在对症护理、管路护理、皮肤护理等常规护理基础上，采用中药灌肠、穴位贴敷、穴位注射等中医特色护理技术，有效缓解患者腹痛、腹胀症状，提高其生存质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a critically ill elderly patient with complete intestinal obstruction and pneumonia. Based on nursing assessment and traditional Chinese medicine differentiation， in addition to routine nursing care such as symptomatic care， tube care， and skin care， we use traditional Chinese medicine enema， acupoint paste application， and acupoint injection， etc.， to effectively alleviate patients' abdominal pain and distension symptoms and improve their quality of life.
