摘要

本文总结1例脑出血合并经皮气管切开术后导致吞咽功能障碍，致气切套管囊上滞留物过多不易清除的患者。通过中西医结合护理方法结合自制的一种简易囊上滞留物清除装置的使用使囊上滞留物得以及时清除，并准确计量，患者未发生因囊上滞留物过多返流导致的肺部感染，且病情得到改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case of cerebral hemorrhage complicated by percutaneous tracheostomy， which resulted in swallowing dysfunction and excessive retention of material on the tracheostomy cuff， making it difficult to remove. Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods and the use of a self-made simple device for removing residual material on the cyst， the residual material on the cyst was removed in a timely manner and accurately measured. The patient did not experience pulmonary infection caused by excessive reflux of residual material on the cyst， and the condition improved.
