摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩配合肩关节手法松解术及康复功能锻炼，改善患者肩关节疼痛、活动受限的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采用中药膏摩治疗配合肩关节手法松解术及术后康复功能锻炼，明显改善患者肩关节疼痛、活动受限症状，提升患者生活自理能力及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of Chinese ointment combined with shoulder joint manual release and rehabilitation function exercise to improve shoulder joint pain and limited mobility in patients. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the use of traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with shoulder joint manual release surgery and postoperative rehabilitation exercise significantly improves patients' shoulder joint pain and limited mobility symptoms， enhances their self-care ability and quality of life.
