摘要

本文总结 1 例颈动脉支架术后低血压老年患者的中西医结合治疗和护理查房经验。患者颈动脉支架术后出现低血压并发症，静脉应用血管活性药后效果不明显，给予患者中医外治技术：耳穴贴压、艾灸及手指点穴。通过三种中医外治技术的应用，患者血压逐渐回升并保持稳定。通过本次中西医结合护理业务查房，提升了护士从理论到实践、从护理程序到健康教育过程中中医技术应用的认知。为适应现代医学模式的转变，改进护理业务查房的形式和内容，拓展护理业务查房的内涵，是护理工作发展的必要趋势。

Abstract

This article summarized the integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing practice and ward rounds for an elderly patient with hypotension after carotid angioplasty and stenting. This patient developed hypotension complications after carotid artery stent implantation surgery， and the effect of intravenous administration of vasoactive drugs was not significant. By applying Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing， moxibustion， and finger acupoints， the patient's blood pressure gradually increased and remained stable. The implementation of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing ward rounds can enhance nurse’s awareness of Traditional Chinese medicine techniques practice from theory to practice and from nursing procedures to health education. In order to adapt to the transformation of modern medical models， it is required to improve the form and content of nursing ward rounds， and expand the connotation of nursing rounds in the future development of nursing practice.
