摘要

本文总结腕踝针联合针刺拔罐在治疗1例口服洛芬待因止痛效果不明显的重型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的护理体会。通过辨证施护，针对气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者在西医对症治疗的基础上采用中医特色技术腕踝针联合针刺拔罐，患者疼痛明显减轻，分析其治疗效果，应用腕踝针有效缓解疼痛，针刺拔罐能促进局部微循环、降低致痛物质浓度，有祛瘀通络、散瘀止疼的作用。经上述中医护理措施的实施，有效减轻患者带状疱疹后遗神经痛，治疗7 d后康复出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture cupping in the treatment of a patient with severe postherpetic neuralgia who did not show significant pain relief effects after oral administration of Lofenadine. Through syndrome differentiation and nursing， traditional Chinese medicine's characteristic technique of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupuncture and cupping was used to treat patients with postherpetic neuralgia of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. The pain was significantly reduced in patients. The treatment effect was analyzed， and wrist ankle acupuncture was effectively used to relieve pain. Acupuncture and cupping can promote local microcirculation， reduce the concentration of painful substances， and have the effects of dispelling blood stasis， unblocking collaterals， dispersing blood stasis， and relieving pain. Through the implementation of the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures， the patient's postherpetic neuralgia was effectively alleviated， and after 7 days of treatment， the patient recovered and was discharged.
