摘要

本文总结1例全髋关节置换术患者术中预防体位并发症的护理体会，通过探讨侧卧位安置引起的并发症，发现术中使用体位垫、皮肤护理等护理措施可有效降低患者因体位摆放不当引起的并发症，并提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of preventing positional complications in a patient undergoing total hip replacement surgery. By exploring the complications caused by lateral positioning， it is found that the use of position pads and other nursing measures during surgery can effectively reduce the complications caused by improper positioning and improve patient comfort.
