摘要

本文总结1例穴位艾灸融合红外线局部照射治疗下肢溃疡患者的护理体会，在常规护理基础上，基于中医辨证施护理论指导予艾灸、红外线照射等中医护理适宜技术，有效改善患者下肢溃疡红肿热痛的症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lower limb ulcers treated with acupoint moxibustion combined with infrared local irradiation. Based on the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation nursing theory， appropriate nursing techniques such as moxibustion and infrared irradiation are guided to effectively improve the symptoms of lower limb ulcers， redness， swelling， heat and pain in patients.
