摘要

本文总结1例肺癌免疫治疗联合化疗患者的中西医结合护理体会。患者病理确诊左肺上叶癌，行免疫治疗联合化疗。护理人员对患者免疫治疗联合化疗期间出现的疼痛和不良反应进行护理，包括营养失调、神经毒性与皮肤毒性等，旨在改善肺癌患者的精神状况，缓解疼痛，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a lung cancer patient with immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy. The patient was diagnosed with lung carcinoma of the left upper lobe， and received immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy. Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing interventions on pain and adverse reactions such as nutritional disorder， neurotoxicity and dermal toxicity were carried out. An integrative nursing plan was made to improve the mental condition of the patient， relieve the pain and improve the quality of life during treatment.
