摘要

本文总结1例格林巴利综合征合并吸入食物引起误吸的中西医结合护理查房经验。格林巴利综合征是一种罕见但严重的疾病，需要综合治疗和护理，本案例中采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗。西医方面采用药物治疗和康复训练，中医方面采用针灸、穴位贴敷及穴位注射等方法。通过中西医结合治疗，患者症状得到缓解，康复效果良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds in a case of Guillain Barr é syndrome complicated with aspiration of food causing aspiration. Guillain Barr é syndrome is a rare but serious disease that requires comprehensive treatment and care. In this case， a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was used for treatment. Western medicine adopts drug treatment and rehabilitation training， while traditional Chinese medicine adopts acupuncture and moxibustion， acupoint application， acupoint injection and other methods. Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment， the patient's symptoms have been relieved and the rehabilitation effect is good.
