摘要

本文总结1例老年重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭患者护理查房经验。应用中西医结合护理查房观念，通过中医理论进行辨证施护，寻找适合患者恢复的中西医结合护理方法，有利于减少并发症，促进患者恢复。本案例在西医常规护理基础上采用中药塌渍、耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷、中药膏摩等中医特色护理，有效改善患者因重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭卧床后导致的发热、腹胀便秘、下肢水肿、误吸、压疮等不良并发症的发生。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of nursing rounds for an elderly patient with severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure. Applying the concept of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds， using traditional Chinese medicine theory for dialectical nursing， and seeking suitable integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods for patient recovery， is beneficial for reducing the occurrence of complications and shortening hospital stay. On the basis of routine Western medicine nursing， this case adopts traditional Chinese medicine enema， traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains， ear acupoint pressing pills， acupoint application， traditional Chinese medicine ointment， and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing methods， effectively improving the occurrence of adverse complications such as fever， abdominal distension， constipation， lower limb edema， aspiration， and pressure ulcers caused by severe pneumonia combined with respiratory failure after bed rest.
