摘要

本文总结1例类风湿关节炎合并焦虑症患者的中医特色护理经验。以中医辨证施护理论为指导，配合中医食疗、康复训练、生活起居及心理护理等护理措施，有效缓解患者疼痛及焦虑症状，促进患者功能恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing experience of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with anxiety. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， combined with nursing measures such as traditional Chinese medicine diet therapy， rehabilitation training， daily living， and psychological care， effectively alleviate patients' pain and anxiety symptoms， and promote their functional recovery.
