摘要

本文总结1例血液灌流加中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病的护理体会。在我院血液透析室为患者进行血液灌流治疗，血液灌流治疗前做充分准备，治疗中严密观察生命体征、有无过敏及处理机器的报警等，治疗后进行效果评价及穿刺处护理。出院后，予患者中药药浴治疗、健康指导，并结合饮食调理、心理护理等措施。经干预，患者无新的皮疹出现，原斑疹消退、鳞屑消失、瘙痒等症状消失，皮损平复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood perfusion and traditional Chinese medicine bath. In our hospital's hemodialysis room， we perform blood perfusion therapy for patients. Adequate preparation is made before blood perfusion therapy， and vital signs， allergies， and machine alarms are closely monitored during treatment. After treatment， we evaluate the effectiveness and provide care for the puncture site. After discharge， the patient will receive traditional Chinese medicine bath treatment， health guidance， and measures such as dietary regulation and psychological care. After intervention， the patient did not develop any new rash， the original rash disappeared， scales disappeared， itching and other symptoms disappeared， and the skin lesions calmed down.
