摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍联合穴位按摩治疗下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者的护理经验。本案例以中医辨证施护理论为导向，予患者中药塌渍联合穴位按摩的中医特色技术，配合生活起居、饮食护理及情志调理等护理措施，有效缓解患者患肢疼痛、发凉麻木症状，改善患者睡眠质量，使得患者的下肢血栓闭塞性脉管炎得到有效控制。此外，该治疗方案简便易行，极大地提升了患者的满意度，可供临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lower limb thromboangiitis obliterans treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage. This case is guided by the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing， and provides patients with TCM characteristic techniques of Chinese medicine soaking combined with acupoint massage. Combined with nursing measures such as daily living， dietary care， and emotional regulation， it effectively alleviates the patient's limb pain， numbness， and improves the patient's sleep quality， effectively controlling the patient's lower limb thromboangiitis obliterans. In addition， this treatment plan is simple and easy to implement， greatly improving patient satisfaction and providing clinical reference.
