摘要

本文总结1例手指点穴联合埋针疗法干预膀胱恶性肿瘤患者因化疗致恶心呕吐的护理体会。本案例通过中西医结合护理方法，制定护理计划，在化疗前给予该膀胱恶性肿瘤患者手指点穴联合埋针疗法等干预措施，有效改善患者化疗所致的恶心呕吐症状，提高患者的生活质量，以期对于临床护理工作提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of finger acupoint combined with buried needle therapy in the intervention of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in a patient with bladder malignant tumors. This case uses a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods to develop a nursing plan. Prior to chemotherapy， the patient with bladder malignant tumor was given interventions such as finger acupoints combined with needle embedding therapy， which effectively improved the patient's nausea and vomiting symptoms caused by chemotherapy and improved their quality of life. The aim is to provide reference for clinical nursing work.
