摘要

本文总结1例鼻部刮痧联合耳穴贴压应用于变应性鼻炎患儿的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，有针对性的实施鼻部穴位按摩、刮痧和耳穴贴压，配合饮食指导及健康宣教，有效地改善了患儿症状，提高了患儿的舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of nasal scraping combined with ear acupressure applied to a child with allergic rhinitis. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， targeted nasal acupoint massage， scraping therapy， and ear point application were implemented， combined with dietary guidance and health education， effectively improving the symptoms of the child and enhancing their comfort level.
