摘要

我院于2024年4月13日收治1例肝性脑病患者，住院期间该患者进行了乳果糖口服溶液保留灌肠，积极治疗的同时予针对性护理，治疗效果较好，患者住院20 d后出院。本文对该患者保留灌肠的护理进行总结，旨在为肝性脑病乳果糖口服溶液保留灌肠患者的临床护理干预提供指导，改善患者预后。

Abstract

On April 13， 2024， our hospital admitted a patient with hepatic encephalopathy. During hospitalization， the patient underwent a lactulose oral solution retention enema， actively treated with targeted nursing care， and achieved good treatment results. The patient was discharged after 20 days of hospitalization. This article summarizes the nursing care of the patient undergoing retention enema， aiming to provide guidance for clinical nursing intervention of patients with hepatic encephalopathy undergoing retention enema with lactulose oral solution and improve patient prognosis.
