摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合蜡敷疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，予强直性脊柱炎患者中药膏摩联合蜡敷疗法，以活血化瘀、消肿止痛，对改善强直性脊柱炎患者的疼痛症状，提高日常生活能力有显著疗效。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis treated with traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with wax compress therapy. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， a combination of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and wax compress therapy is given to patients with ankylosing spondylitis to promote blood circulation， remove blood stasis， reduce swelling and relieve pain. It has significant therapeutic effects on improving the pain symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis patients and enhancing their daily living abilities.
