摘要

总结1例因跌倒致创伤性湿肺合并创伤性凝血病患者的康复护理经验。呼吸方面，针对持续不断的肺部出血，选择合适的呼吸支持治疗方式，做好气道管理工作，适当的镇静镇痛，改善缺氧症状；循环方面，通过输血和控制性液体复苏、用滴定的方法合理调节血管活性药物，改善缺氧循环。在治疗的同时，分阶段制定康复运动处方，鼓励患者、积极改善患者预后的生活质量。经过38 d的治疗及护理，患者肺部情况好转并顺利出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of rehabilitation nursing of a patient with traumatic wet lung and traumatic coagulopathy caused by a fall. In terms of respiratory care， the continuous lung bleeding was addressed by selecting appropriate respiratory support treatment methods， managing airway care， using appropriate sedation and analgesia to improve hypoxia symptoms； on the circulatory front， anemia was improved through blood transfusion and controlled fluid resuscitation， and vasoactive drugs were reasonably adjusted by titration to improve the hypoxic circulation. Concurrently with treatment， a phased rehabilitation exercise prescription was formulated to encourage the patient and actively improve the quality of life after the prognosis. After 38 days of treatment and nursing， the patient's lung condition improved， and they were discharged smoothly.
