摘要

探讨耳部刮痧联合骨痹操应用于1例骨关节炎患者的护理体会。通过对1例右侧髋关节疼痛的骨关节炎患者实施耳部刮痧联合骨痹操锻炼，经过两周的治疗和护理，患者的疼痛评分显著下降，焦虑情绪明显缓解，日常生活能力得到显著改善。耳部刮痧、骨痹操作为中医特色疗法，对缓解骨关节炎患者的疼痛、改善关节功能具有积极的辅助作用，且无明显副作用，可在临床护理中推广应用。

Abstract

This article explores the nursing experience of ear scraping combined with bone bi exercises in a patient with osteoarthritis. After two weeks of treatment and nursing， a patient with osteoarthritis who experienced pain in the right hip joint was treated with ear scraping combined with bone bi exercises. The patient's pain score significantly decreased， anxiety was significantly relieved， and daily living abilities were significantly improved. Ear scraping and bone block operation are characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine， which have a positive auxiliary effect on relieving pain and improving joint function in patients with osteoarthritis， and have no obvious side effects. They can be promoted and applied in clinical nursing.
