摘要

本文总结消痔灵注射辅助治疗1例直肠癌伴便血患者的中医护理体会。患者一般情况差，予消痔灵注射姑息治疗，联合皮内针、穴位贴敷及中药坐浴中医特色护理技术，同时完善术前、术后护理工作，落实疼痛护理与情志护理。经过15 d的中医特色治疗与护理，患者病情好转，已顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine nursing experience of injecting Xiaozhiling as an adjuvant therapy for a patient with rectal cancer and rectal bleeding. The patient's general condition is poor， and palliative treatment with Xiaozhiling injection is given， combined with intradermal needles， acupoint application， and traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath nursing techniques. At the same time， preoperative and postoperative nursing work is improved， and pain care and emotional care are implemented. After 15 days of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing， the patient's condition has improved and they have been discharged smoothly.
