摘要

本文总结1例胆腑瘀热型鼻渊患者的中西医结合护理体会。该患者经口服药物治疗效果欠佳，在以物理治疗和健康宣教为主的基础上，辨证施以耳穴贴压和耳尖放血护理技术，有效缓解患者鼻窦炎的不适症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with biliary and visceral stasis and heat type of rhinorrhea. The patient's oral medication treatment had poor results. Based on physical therapy and health education， ear acupressure and ear tip bloodletting nursing techniques were applied according to syndrome differentiation to effectively alleviate the discomfort symptoms of sinusitis.
