摘要

本文总结1例肝阳上亢证眩晕患者行耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血技术治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血并配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理及健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，增强脏腑功能，达到阴阳平衡，以治疗肝阳上亢证眩晕患者的临床症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of dizziness caused by liver yang hyperactivity syndrome treated with ear acupressure combined with ear tip bloodletting technique. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， ear acupressure combined with ear tip bloodletting， combined with routine nursing measures such as dietary guidance， emotional care， daily living care， and health knowledge education， are adopted to enhance organ function， achieve yin-yang balance， and treat clinical symptoms of patients with liver yang hyperactivity syndrome and dizziness.
