摘要

本文总结中药封包联合三黄汤湿敷治疗1例足跟部肿胀。入院后完善护理评估，确认辨证分型。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，根据证型特点开展中药封包、三黄汤湿敷等中医辅助治疗，同时落实生活起居、辨证施膳、情志护理及康复指导等，有效降低肢体肿胀程度，减轻患者痛苦，缩短病程，提升患者舒适度和满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case of heel swelling treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine packaging and Sanhuang Tang wet compress. After admission， complete nursing evaluation and confirm syndrome differentiation. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， TCM assisted treatments such as TCM packaging and Sanhuang Tang wet compress are carried out according to the characteristics of the syndrome. At the same time， daily life， syndrome differentiation and diet， emotional care， and rehabilitation guidance are implemented to effectively reduce limb swelling， alleviate patient pain， shorten the course of the disease， and improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
