摘要

本文总结1例应用耳穴压豆治疗卵巢癌痰热扰心不寐患者的护理体会。通过对痰热扰心不寐患者行四诊合参，在常规护理基础实施耳穴压豆，改善不寐症状，提高患者舒适度。耳穴压豆技术在治疗卵巢恶性肿瘤伴失眠症状方面具有积极的改善作用，且操作简便、无副作用，值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with ovarian cancer and phlegm heat disturbance and insomnia treated with ear acupressure. By combining the four diagnostic methods for patients with phlegm heat disturbance and insomnia， and implementing ear acupressure on the basis of routine nursing， insomnia symptoms can be improved and patient comfort can be enhanced. The ear acupressure technique has a positive improvement effect on the treatment of ovarian malignant tumors with insomnia symptoms， and is easy to operate and has no side effects. It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
