摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压豆联合五音疗法对PCI术后患者睡眠改善的护理。术后，患者予桡动脉加压止血器加压止血，右上肢制动6 h，术后肢体肿胀疼痛导致睡眠障碍。通过予患者耳穴压豆及五音疗法，患者疼痛症状得到缓解，术后睡眠质量得到有效改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing of a case of ear acupressure combined with pentatonic therapy for sleep improvement in patients after PCI surgery. After surgery， the patient was given a radial artery compression hemostatic device to stop bleeding， and the right upper limb was immobilized for 6 hours. Postoperative limb swelling and pain caused sleep disorders. By administering ear acupressure and pentatonic therapy to patients， their pain symptoms were relieved and postoperative sleep quality was effectively improved.
