摘要

本文总结1例境外血吸虫感染患者的护理体会。本例患者是由于纳差、腹泻引发的一系列伴随症状及并发症，腹泻久治不愈并伴随心理问题出现。对于曼氏血吸虫病患者，应尽早进行诊断和治疗，同时加强营养支持和疼痛管理，预防并发症的发生。在护理过程中，应密切关注患者的病情和心理变化，及时调整护理方案，提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with schistosomiasis infection from overseas. The patient in this case experienced a series of accompanying symptoms and complications due to poor appetite and diarrhea. The diarrhea persisted for a long time and was accompanied by psychological problems. For patients with schistosomiasis mansoni， early diagnosis and treatment should be carried out， while strengthening nutritional support and pain management to prevent the occurrence of complications. During the nursing process， close attention should be paid to the patient's condition and psychological changes， and nursing plans should be adjusted in a timely manner to improve the patient's quality of life.
