摘要

本文总结1例老年髋部假体周围骨折的护理查房经验。根据患者的临床资料，由责任护士进行病历汇报。医护相互配合，共同讨论本案例存在的疑点、难点。通过中医辨证施护的方法，采用中药外敷、穴位按摩、并配合情志护理、饮食调理、生活起居健康指导等护理措施，治疗干预效果显著。通过此次查房促进了护士对专科知识的了解，满足了临床教学的需要，提高了护理人员解决临床疑难护理问题的能力。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of nursing patient round of an elderly periprosthetic hip fracture. The medical records were reported by the responsible nurse based on their clinical data. The medical staff cooperate with each other to discuss the doubts and difficulties existing in this case. Through the method of dialectical care of traditional Chinese medicine， the use of traditional Chinese medicine external application， acupoint massage， and emotional nursing， diet conditioning， living health guidance and other nursing measures， the therapeutic intervention effect is remarkable. Through this ward round， the nurses promoted their understanding of specialized knowledge and met the needs of clinical teaching. Improved the ability of the nursing staff to solve the clinical difficult nursing problems.
