摘要

本文总结1例应用多元化阶梯式心理护理联合中药膏摩治疗初产妇哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者的治疗效果和护理经验。通过辨证施护的方法，应用中药膏摩技术及多元化阶梯式心理护理模式使患者疼痛减轻，焦虑情绪得到缓解，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of a case of using diversified stepwise psychological nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment to treat acute mastitis in lactating primiparous women. Through the method of dialectical nursing， the application of traditional Chinese medicine ointment and massage techniques， as well as a diversified tiered psychological nursing model， patients' pain is reduced， anxiety is alleviated， and their quality of life is improved.
