摘要

本文总结温灸刮痧联合水罐治疗1例痰瘀阻络型颈椎病患者的护理体会。通过辨证施护，实施温灸刮痧技术联合水罐疗法，结合功能锻炼、情志护理、饮食及生活起居指导，达到平衡阴阳、温经活血及通络止痛的效果，有效改善患者症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylosis of phlegm stasis obstruction type treated with warm moxibustion scraping combined with water tank therapy. Through dialectical nursing， implementing warm moxibustion and scraping therapy combined with water tank therapy， combined with functional exercise， emotional care， diet and daily living guidance， the effect of balancing yin and yang， warming meridians and promoting blood circulation， and unblocking collaterals and relieving pain is achieved， effectively improving patients' symptoms and reducing their pain.
