摘要

本文总结1例子午流注择时中药封包治疗肾衰病水肿患者的护理体会。通过对肾衰病患者进行水肿评估，在常规饮食、运动及情志护理基础上，提出个体化护理方案。基于子午流注择时理论实施玄明粉中药封包治疗，达到疏通经络，利湿行气及利水消肿的作用，有效改善患者临床症状，护理效果较好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with renal failure and edema treated with a traditional Chinese medicine package at the appropriate time for Wuliu injection. By evaluating edema in patients with renal failure， personalized nursing plans are proposed based on routine diet， exercise， and emotional care. Based on the theory of meridian flow and timing， the application of Xuanming powder and traditional Chinese medicine packaging therapy has achieved the effects of unblocking meridians， promoting dampness， promoting qi circulation， and reducing swelling. It effectively improves the clinical symptoms of patients and has a good nursing effect.
