摘要

本文总结1例主动脉夹层术后患者的护理经验。根据患者术后的症状，通过基础护理、中医护理技术及心脏康复等措施，减轻患者术后伤口的疼痛，改善睡眠质量，提高患者的运动能力，改善营养状态及心理状态，预防术后并发症的发生，让患者尽早恢复身心健康，早日回归正常社会生活，并为Ⅱ期心脏康复做好准备。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient who underwent aortic dissection surgery. Based on the postoperative symptoms of the patient， basic nursing， traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， and cardiac rehabilitation measures are taken to alleviate the pain of the patient's postoperative wound， improve sleep quality， enhance the patient's exercise ability， improve nutritional and psychological status， prevent postoperative complications， enable the patient to recover physical and mental health as soon as possible， return to normal social life as soon as possible， and prepare for stage II cardiac rehabilitation.
