摘要

本文总结1例采用中药热奄包联合耳穴压丸中医护理技术，同时配合病情观察、生活起居护理、饮食指导、情志调理及用药指导等综合护理干预措施，有效缓解中风患者的便秘症状，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes a case of using traditional Chinese medicine hot compress combined with ear acupressure pills as a nursing technique， combined with comprehensive nursing interventions such as disease observation， daily living care， dietary guidance， emotional regulation， and medication guidance， effectively alleviating constipation symptoms in stroke patients and improving their quality of life.
