摘要

本文总结1例中医辨证为肝郁痰凝证的原发性三叉神经痛患者行针刺治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护，以疏肝化痰、理气止痛的治疗原则，采用针刺配合具有中医特色的穴位按摩、生活起居指导、饮食指导及情志调护等护理措施，有效缓解患者疼痛及相关伴随症状，提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of acupuncture treatment for a patient with primary trigeminal neuralgia diagnosed with liver depression and phlegm coagulation syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the treatment principles of soothing the liver， resolving phlegm， regulating qi， and relieving pain are adopted. Acupuncture is combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic acupoint massage， daily living guidance， dietary guidance， and emotional regulation nursing measures to effectively alleviate patients' pain and related accompanying symptoms， and improve their quality of life.
