摘要

本文总结健康信念模式指导下的1例房颤合并心衰患者的护理体会。健康信念模式通过影响个人的信念和感知，促进其对健康行为的采纳，从而改善健康状况。通过对患者病情的观察与监测，予患者个性化的指导干预，包括用药护理、情志调理及健康宣教等，减少患者对自身病情的恐惧及担忧等不利情绪，积极主动配合提高自我效能，达到缓解心衰症状，心室率控制正常，病情好转出院的目的。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with atrial fibrillation and heart failure under the guidance of the health belief model. The health belief model influences individuals' beliefs and perceptions， promotes their adoption of healthy behaviors， and thus improves their health status. By observing and monitoring the patient's condition， personalized guidance and intervention are provided， including medication care， emotional regulation， and health education， to reduce the patient's fear and concern about their own condition， actively cooperate to improve self-efficacy， and achieve the goal of relieving heart failure symptoms， controlling ventricular rate normally， and improving the condition before discharge.
